There are plenty of free online training plans that you could follow but none deliver specific personalization coupled with accountability.  At CoachFit Running we deliver a personalized training program made just for you and backed by both exercise and running science.  We will check in through email communications at least twice a month and a phone call can be scheduled if desired.  These check ins are done to see how workouts are going, and when necessary can help us make decisions on how to modify the training program.  Also, if you have any questions or concerns you can contact us anytime for help.
